Coronavirus:

I'm still accepting all orders as the UK is not on full lockdown. Packages in the UK should still arrive, international orders depend on the state of your country. Ie. Italian orders will still be shipped but will probably take a few months to get to you. All orders to NEW ZEALAND will be refunded immediately.

Do you ship worldwide?

Anywhere and everywhere as far as I know. Please allow for an increase in delivery time and increase in postage cost. Orders are shipped in a thick mailing tube. If a package cannot enter your country it usually will return to me, however if it gets lost during this it will not be refunded.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and there's still no show.

All orders ship from the UK and can take between 2 - 6 weeks by AirMail, I don't obtain tracking information for international orders due to profit loss so sit tight and if your order still hasn't arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date emailed I will send another. I make weekly trips to the post office, so you may have got unlucky and ordered the day after I make my trip!

Can I receive a refund/replacement if my print arrives damaged?

Please email me immediately if the print arrives with water damage as the postage tubes can not always protect the items from this, upon receiving photo evidence I will happily resupply. Tearing and folding damage will not be resupplied.

I'm looking to purchase a different/bespoke size.

On multiple occasions I have sold print ready artwork without my watermark for £20 to source their own larger print as big as 27in x 40in, please fill out a contact form! This does not give you the right to redistribute my work.
